Pankaj Sinha Ph.D. has held senior technology, manufacturing and management positions at Intel Corporation, Northern Telecom, and National Semiconductor. He is an entrepreneur and an educator. He owned one of the fastest growing franchises, Mathnasium Learning Center in 2005.
He also ventured into a micro fuel cell startup in early 2007. Pankaj is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with a leading Registrar; a Six Sigma Black Belt. Pankaj holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and MS and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Arizona State University.
Jon is an experienced pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device executive who has held senior management positions in numerous large and small companies. Pharma/Biotech experience includes: Novartis (Sandoz), Bristol Myers, Glaxo and
Medical Device experience: MedApps, NeuroEM, Elasta Orthopaedics. Jon has served as the Chairman, CEO and President of several early stage pharma/biotech as well as a number of information/device technology companies. In addition, he has served as a Director on a number of Boards of both public and private companies. He has a strong financial background having completed several offerings including IPOs, Secondary Offerings and Convertible Debentures. Jon earned a BS (PreMed) at the State University of New York in Albany and has completed numerous executive programs at Harvard, Duke, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, UCLA and the University of Michigan.
Lyle Scritsmier has over 40 years of financial and operating management experience as CFO and senior executive in the healthcare, medical device and pharmaceutical services industries, including several companies He has extensive experience in
business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, raising venture capital, bank financing, revenue sharing contracts and IPO’s.
Prior positions include CFO of Pharmaceutical Marketing Services Inc. a NASDAQ traded worldwide provider of sales and marketing services to the pharmaceutical industry, CFO of U.S. Administrators, the nation’s largest third party administrator, and CFO and co-founder of iPhysicianNet, a company providing video enabled pharmaceutical sales detailing to 10,000 primary care physicians. Mr. Scritsmier was CFO and Executive Vice President of MedApps Holding Company, a remote patient monitoring medical device company which was acquired by Alere Inc., a NYSE, traded company. Most recently, Mr. Scritsmier was CFO of Prismic Pharmaceuticals a start-up pharmaceutical specialty company.
Mr. Scritsmier earned his CPA designation and was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG. Mr. Scritsmier is a graduate of California State University, Pomona (“Cal Poly”) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
Rick Cecil is a retired Intel Chief Solution Architect who developed solutions for the industry in HPC, Cloud, Storage, Networking, Oil & Gas, Health Care, Retail and other areas. He has broad experience working with Intel Capital to evaluate several startup and technology companies.
Sydney David Autry
David Autry has 56 years of product develop and fabrication experience beginning in 1962 as an apprentice to A. V Roe now part of British Aerospace. He has worked as a Product Designer, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering and has been employed by 3 major computer companies
Datapoint Corporation, Gateway computer and Micron PC) in various capacities. He has 19 years of International manufacturing experience and is the holder of 8 US patents. Attending Moston College Manchester for 4 years where he received a diploma in Airframe Construction.
André F. Wilson, Sr.
Investor Relations Officer
Wilson received his Bachelor’ degree, double major in Finance and Marketing from New York University.
Daniel Clauw, is a Professor of Anesthesiology, Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Michigan. He completed rheumatology fellowship at Georgetown University, where he held roles including Chief of Rheumatology and Vice Chair of Medicine. Dr. Clauw’s group has identified the critical phenotypic features of individuals whose central nervous system is amplifying or magnifying their pain, and as such has been critical in helping elucidate the importance of the central nervous system in all chronic pain conditions. Dr. Clauw is interested in exploring complete solutions for chronic pain relief working with MiClimate body temperature regulation device and pharma companies.
Pharma and Medical Device Sales
Vishal has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and life science market. This experience includes business development, sales management, training and sales within pharma, biotech, medical device and healthcare services companies. Vishal will leverage his past experience and success in helping us with sales and marketing strategies and plans; including, product launch, FDA, CMS and Physician awareness.
He is our general counsel is a partner at the Gammage and Burnham Law Group.
Dr. Robert Baker
Dr. Baker is a practicing gastroenterologist in Florida. Every day he sees patients with temperature sensitivities. He joined MiClimate to develop new technologies to improve his patient’s life, especially post-menopausal women affected by hot flashes.
Medical and Consumer Products
Sean Daley is the Director of Engineering at Fossil’s Wearable Devices. Sean has an extensive hands on experience with consumer product design and development at Pebble, HP, and Intuity Medical, and Flex Medical. He is well versed with the ecosystem and nuances of medical devices and consumer product design. Sean will be guiding us on design and manufacturing of MiClimate as a consumer product for health and wellness markets.
